To see photos of our properties (without any "AI staging"), please do an internet search for the property address and select one of our internet ads.  We advertise on many rental websites, including Realtor.com, Apartments.com, Rent.com, Zillow, etc.  Apologies for the extra step. You're strongly encouraged to get on our waiting list, as many properties are renting before we even have a chance to post them.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, it's a Federal crime to fake a service dog.  As of 2015, it became a 2nd degree Felony in Florida.   Unlike restaurants and other places of business, as landlords we reserve the legal right to require proof of required papers, training, and  documents from local physicians.  Simply ordering forms online is not considered proof.  

We've called the ADA and there is no such thing as a National Registry - that's an online scam to charge you money and try to commit fraud against uninformed landlords and business owners.   According to the ADA, "emotional support animals" do not qualify as Service Animals under the ADA guidelines. 

A new law in Florida taking effect on October 1, 2026 classifies fraudulent rental applications (using false, forged, or misleading information or impersonating another person on an application to obtain a rental) as a third-degree felony.  Under the terms of the new law, fraudulent entry is classified as a non-curable violation which may also result in a 7-day notice to vacate the property being issued.    Please be sure to list only complete and accurate information when filling out your rental application.
